I believe therapy should be both affordable and accessible. If you have financial concerns, please ask about my sliding scale options.

All services are provided by registered a social worker (R.S.W.) and are covered by many private insurance plans. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm the specifics of your coverage.

I am also registered service providers and offer direct billing through:

• Indigenous Services Canada, including mental health counselling benefits (e.g., Non-Insured Health Benefits, NIHB)
• Residential Schools Resolution Health Support Program (IRS RHSP)
• Specialized counselling services for family members of missing and murdered victims, specifically addressing the impacts of the MMIWG.

Payment can be made my cheque, cash, e-transfer, debit, or credit.
